FRANCE to REOPEN...

FRANCE to REOPEN...

France prepares to scale down its lockdown and French President Marcon announced on Sunday that the country will look forward to international visitors next month.

France has been closed for just over a year now and like other countries around the world France believes she will be ready to entertain visitors from America who carry a vaccine passport according to Forbes.

From early May France will be progressively lifting nationwide restrictions and allowing visitors from other European countries to enter...There is one thing for certain, during this pandemic French culture has been suffocated; known for its Cafe culture and historic venues, life in France as well as other countries has been particularly flat to say the least.

Not only has global tourism suffered but the freedom to allow international investors to visit entrepreneurs overseas has also been restricted.

Especially when the potential investment involves a historical monument (as pictured).

Feeling

12 months in the life of a historical monument is a relatively short period, The Abbaye de Blanchelande (above) has captivated our imagination, its architecture originates from the 12th Century leading through to the 18th Century. In an idyllic setting and strategically located, near beaches and golf courses, the Abbaye certainly lends itself to a whole host of activities on the outsides as well as in the inside.

Now with light at the end of the tunnel, obviously we are excited concerning the latest announcements from President Marcon, it gives us the feeling of hope that we can find an international investor(s) who will work in partnership with us in reopening this spectacular monument in France.

Share Our Vision and Passion

We can be positive and work on a logical assumption that in the near future the world will return to normal (or the new normal, given what the pandemic has taught us).

We are looking for investors who have firstly a passion for the restoration and regeneration of historical monuments an affinity with the hospitality and events sector; after all this grand building facilitates over 6,000m2 residential space and this in itself provides the opportunity to develop several revenue generating channels amongst the other sustainable and profitable projects which have been carefully considered.

Trying to send you an email Martin Johnson about investment into the Abby. We were looking into this property prior to its recent purchase. My wife and I rode by the property back in July 2021. Just as beautiful from across the lake and roadway. Send me some information regarding investing.

Wishing you good luck in this project Martin - whilst I appreciate the efforts to give a new life to this monument, it is also sad to consider that its initial purpose is now not necessary anymore. this is a part of French christian culture that disappears. I am curious to know how you will change the use of the abbatiale?
