Generational secular shifts are disrupting every industry and economy globally, and in Australia there is unprecedented risk to traditional revenue streams from new tech-enabled disruptive business models. Most of what the major business schools taught us over the last 40 years is now obsolete – being replaced by new practices and models pioneered by the Internet Giants, all of which can be applied to any large enterprise. New frameworks now taught by leading business schools enable an enterprise to map the present state of their total business environment and plot a transformational path to their future state. After 30 years leading complex transformation solutions as both a customer and a vendor, Craig has undertaken a global search for the latest thought leadership from leading thinkers at Stanford, Columbia and Harvard. His aim is to evolve practical frameworks for the modern enterprise for transformation and disruption across all economic, industry and technology environments. Craig will discuss:
