[FRAMEWORK] How To Productize Your Services, Create a Better Client Experience, And Increase Your Bandwidth Without Sacrificing Quality Or Being Seen

Dear Digital Growth Operator,?

Growing and scaling a digital service-based company is no simple feat, for the sheer fact that you have to deliver value in bits (digitally) while delivering that value with atoms (people).?

I’ve been fortunate enough to do this multiple times and helped companies generate multi-millions in revenue from doing so.?

What I will give you here is the foundational framework that will allow you to create a machine but also raise the standard of excellence and quality of your delivery.

I personally don’t care for creating or delivering low-quality, “just good enough” products that may or may not meet clients’ needs.?

Every single company I helped do this is at the top of its game, and?you?are no exception.?

By doing the work, I’ve also come to learn that this strategy can have a bit of a controversy for some, stating that “productizing” a service can have you end up rotting your client experience, sacrificing your creative output, and becoming a commodity.?


Why Do Some Oppose Productizing Their Services?


Arguments against productized services are as follows:?

  • “It’s feature focused; prices on deliverables vs unique needs of each client”
  • “Can’t value price productized services”
  • “You’re more likely to be seen as a commodity since you have set pricing”

I’m not here to refute each argument. However, I will say that in this framework, you’ll be able to:?

  1. Create a unique roadmap for each client without deviating too far from your productized service?
  2. Price your services based on value not just on deliverables?
  3. Create a unique position in the marketplace by focusing on high-quality work?

Every company I’ve had the privilege to apply this framework has either?doubled or tripled their pricing, increase their value contribution to their clients, increased their customer lifetime value, have a waitlist of clients, or increase free time for the founder/owner.?

Remember, it’s the style of how you do things that determines your outcome.?
