#FrameItFriday (week 22 season 5)

Flying the coop, getting out of dodge, down time, me time, quiet time, whatever you want to call it. Cover your ears, pull the blanket over your head and snuggle deeper into your bed, tune out the world, sit on a rock on the shores of a calm lake, lay on the moss and look up at the sky, night or day. Alone. Escape. Take deep breaths, in through your nose and out through your mouth. Stare at the wall, stare out the window, stare at the horizon, stare at the water lapping at the shoreline, disconnect, unwind, whatever it takes. It's been a HELL of a week for a lot of folks and for some of you reading this you may need to go do this right now and ain't nobody going to judge you if you do because let's face it, a lot of us need this right now. Right this moment. Go do it, even if it's raining out. Tune out the world and mute the chatter.?

The photo? I used iNaturalist to ID it and it told me it was a Vireo. If it's not, what else is new I suck at IDing (in case you didn't know).?
