Frame It Friday-The Little Chapel of Love
#FrameItFriday (week 11, season 2)
Today I'm celebrating my 2,300th posting of #ChickPicotheDay. It's not a completely even number but it's as good a place as any to mark the milestone right? The artist in me converted that into what I jokingly call 6.30136986 in Pi Years. My resident scientifical data researching husband says technically the number should be 2,300/3.14159=732.113357/365=2.00579002 years. WHATEVER..... this is why I take photos, use a calculator (only when I have to) and my handsome geeky husband Paul does the math and income tax and stuff. LOL.
REGARDLESS, I've been doing this for quite a long time now and I'm addicted, a bit.
Today I am re-sharing that cute little chapel that so many of you all liked this past week. I think I'm going to get it printed and hang it somewhere in my house. Anybody else want to order a copy? (PM me)
Today I will round out my week of capturing #ChickPicotheDay shots by heading indoors. Why?
1) because apparently it's still winter here
b)less of a chance for me to get lost
iii)it will be more colourful
Let's just dawdle on point b) for a sec shall we? Yesterday I had TWO gps' going. My swanky new voice command #Garmin (a gift from my scientist husband) and the one on my iPhone. Apparently my Garmin finds it tricky to understand my heavy Canadian accent and does not understand that I want to go on gravel roads with fancy names such at 13th line or Country Road 114. My iPhone is somewhat easier to punch in the address (although the "home" button pooched on me this week). The Garmin is harpooned to my car windshield fingertips away. Every time I try to remove it my boobs honk the horn of my car. (I know TMI) Anyhow, I must have found my way home with the two maps battling it out to guide me, I'm writing this from my kitchen table/office. Always good to have backup.
In closing I will stop the little gripes now and just say this.....I am truly grateful for the opportunities I have to capture images and post them here for you all to see. I'm very fortunate and I do not take that for granted one bit (ok, maybe when I'm tired or hungry I may). Thank you all for looking, liking, following, sharing, commenting and supporting me so far in my career. Here's to another 6.30136986 Key Lime Pi years! Have a safe and wonderful weekend whatever you get into.
Peace, love and kumbaya, Heather xo <3

P.S.-I posted an album of prints I found hiding in a cupboard of my home this week...check out the album on my page. The prices are cheap and considering I signed them...one day they could be priceless ;) lol
