FOURTH OF JULY MESSAGE FROM THE INCSYS PRESIDENT AND CEO “ROBIN PODMORE"

As another Fourth of July approaches let us not forget what this day in time signifies. This is the day we celebrate the day of our Independence which is the adoption of us commemorating the Declaration of Independence to our country. The greatest country in the world, “The United States of America”. This day did not come without a great sacrifice from the many military veterans back in 1776 who gave the ultimate sacrifice for our Independence, as well as the many military veterans who have served, and are currently serving in our military today. 

This holiday is commonly celebrated with fireworks, parades, barbeques, carnivals, fairs, picnics, concerts and many other events. But let us not forget, that this day would not have been possible if it were not for the brave men and women who volunteer their service to this great nation in our military to support and defend its freedom, both here and abroad that many of us at times take for granted. It is in that spirit of freedom that the 4th of July should be celebrated. Our soldiers, sailors, airman, and marines are working all over the world to support the vision that became a reality 241 years ago. They are willing to spend the 4th of July away from their families and so that we can be with ours. 

Surely this weekend is a time for all of us who really cherish that dream, the one for which so many have died, to individually and collectively re-declare our independence from tyranny, despotism, taxation without representation, debts that no free society should ever bear, to include terrorism that has plagued not only our country, but the entire world. Thanks to our forefathers for their vision and thanks to our soldiers, sailors, airman, and marines around the world for their dedication and sacrifice to this great nation. 

In the words of Franklin D. Roosevelt – The truth is found when men are free to pursue it!

This weekend, I and the entire IncSys and Powerdata staff want to salute all of our veterans that have served and are currently serving to defend this great nation for that same vision that has been shared by those military men and women who have fought to declare our Independence – then and now.
