The real estate sector is starting to take the risks of the climate crisis and its role in reducing global carbon emissions much more seriously. 

With the right approach there is an opportunity for the sector to open a new generation of buildings which are net zero carbon across Europe and to even be the first sector to fully deliver against net zero carbon targets.
