1. Being a great leader can be simple;

The truth is if you do only 5 things consistently as a leader and five things consistently as a manager, you will be a great leader.
- Give Clear Direction;
- Provide the necessary tool for people to succeed;
- Letting go of fear;
- Active with a greater good in mind;
- Take Clarity breaks and "sharpen the saw"
2. Your style doesn’t have to change;
"Just be yourself, when you’re authentic, you are believable and you will build trust. You don’t have to change your style; you have to be you for people to believe in you."
3. You must genuinely care about people;
"You can’t fake it, your people will know if you care about them. It’s like being a good parent but not really caring about your kids"
4. You must want to be great;
"There is no middle ground, you have to genuine desire to be a great leader. That means you have to be willing to invest the time necessary to continue to improve yourself. For your people to grow, you have to grow."
