This is one of the first signs of a toxic workplace. If you find the job description vague, inconsistent, or evasive, it's a red flag. When employers fail to define the responsibilities, expectations, and goals of a position, it can lead to frustration, confusion, and job dissatisfaction.

Lack of transparency in Communication

Transparency is key to a healthy work environment. A lack of it can lead to feelings of distrust and uncertainty among employees. If you sense that important information is being withheld, whether it's about company policies, changes in management, or updates regarding projects, it raises serious questions about the workplace culture. It's crucial that communication within the company is clear, transparent, and accessible to all.
