I often find that hoteliers create a comp set for their outlets that feature other hotels and this is fine, but it's worth asking yourself, is the hotel 1km away a competitor or is it the independent restauranteur three doors down?


I often find, even in those who are seeing strong results, that consistently reviewing your business can help you stay ahead of the pack.

Use technology to analyse the metrics that can help promote true growth, focussing on average check will only get you so far!

Tip: Start with the utilisation rate and Booked by channel reports - these are game changers!


Focus on experience

Why?

It seems obvious but every touchpoint should be thought about to enhance both your guests and teams experience with you.
