1. Preparation stage

Before precision machining of cemented carbide, it is necessary to analyze the pattern of the machined parts first, and then determine the machining plan (such as formulating process flow, selecting machine tools, processing cutting quantities, tools, fixtures, etc.), and at the same time calculate the coordinate values of the tool path ( For example, the starting point, end point of the motion path, the center of the arc, etc.). Instead of rushing to start work as soon as you get the parts and see the drawings given by the craftsman, taking the time to make these necessary preparations can make your precision machining of carbide parts more smoothly completed.

2. Programming stage

After getting the process route and drawings, we need to write a CNC machining program in a language that the machine tool CNC system can recognize based on the machining process information, which means describing the machining process and filling in the program table. Do a good job in programming, which is also one of the key steps in precision parts processing.

3. Prepare information carrier

According to the programmed program list, store the program on a USB flash drive or disk or use a network or other transmission method to transfer the program to the machine tool.

4. Processing stage

When the program is executed, the machine tool system decodes, registers and calculates the program, sends motion instructions to the machine tool servo mechanism, and drives the machine tool moving parts to automatically complete precision parts processing of the workpiece.
