# 3 - Organizations, rather than people, can have a growth mindset
A mindset is a personal thing and thus not a part of an organizational culture as such. However, the essence of the growth mindset in an organizational context is to instill a mindset that is wired towards always trying to get better rather than believing - and proving - that you are the best. # 4 - You have to be positive all the time
Developing a growth mindset is much more about self-awareness and development rather than being in a positive growth mode all the time. We all have our ups and downs
