The Four C’s of Success…. Without these, you will continue to stay where you are
The Gap is widening… which side of the fence are you on?
I am not a conspiracy theorist.
I don't watch the news.
And yet I have started to see that the gap is widening between those who continue to show up, become consistent, and work on themselves, and those who continue to wonder what it would be like to achieve their goals.
Building a business, chasing your dreams, and living life on your terms requires a level of commitment that few people understand.
Commitment is something people don’t understand.
By definition, Commitment means “the state or quality of being dedicated to a cause, activity, etc” in the Oxford Dictionary.
Dedication, showing up every day, not giving up, continuing until… these all suggest the same thing: that you are working towards something that matters and you are prepared to give your time, energy, and focus to it.
And yet, whilst we see this all over social media - so many high-level coaches, consultants, and creators are all saying the same thing: success takes time, you have to keep going, and you will face challenges. Why, then do people avoid it? Why do people believe that you can start or buy into a business and then, by some miraculous formula, instantly have a 6 figure plus business with little or no discipline, mastery, mindset work or emotional mastery?
I often say that if there is a code I am missing, bring it… and yet I am kidding when I say that.
I love who I am today, and I love the impact that is happening right now. I can tell you that there have been times when I may have thought, momentarily, to throw it all in. Then the reminder… the people who are watching, those who need help, those who don’t have a voice, those facing hard times… it all comes back to me (in Celine’s voice, of course).
And I just can’t. I have to keep going. Because I said I would. I said that I would continue until, and I will.
I am.

This leads me to why there appears to be an obvious gap between those creating an impact and those who continue to stay where they are.?
It’s not because those growing their business have an obvious advantage.
It’s not because there is some secret sauce to building a business that only a small percentage of people actually know.
It’s not because they take some secret injection that allows them to connect and close faster than anyone else.
I believe it comes down to some very specific behaviours that these people have—I have chosen four, although I know people will also continue their perspectives, and that's okay.
Here is what I believe 6-, 7-, and 8-figure earners do that separates them from those who don’t achieve that or whatever they desire.
Nobody was born a leader, an entrepreneur, or a business owner, yet people daily to get that this requires you to learn skills you don’t know.
You must embrace the way business is done today and understand the dynamics of how people buy. When you fully understand that, you realise that you have no choice but to show up, and in doing so, you will end up having some choice in your life.
When you commit, you continue, you get challenged, and you consistently go; you embody somebody worthy of results. You show up as a business owner, take responsibility, and honour your commitment.?
And the gap is widening between those who are building and those who stay where they are. This is why it’s important to keep showing - for them so they can see.?
You can’t help everybody, but you can help somebody. If you can help somebody to take a “chance” (another C) on themselves to start building consistency and face challenges head-on, we will see way more business owners achieving their goals.
So, which side of the fence are you on?
