Four benefits of using CBD for your beard

It’s Fathers’ Day on Sunday and we are also presently midway through Men’s Health Week, so it seems like the ideal time to write about the importance of a grooming regimen for men that enhances both physical and mental health. So why should you add a CBD product to your grooming habits and where can you see the benefits? Today, I’m going to be looking specifically at beard care. 

I’ve had a beard since around 2004 and am delighted that I’m eventually in style! Over the past few years, beards are becoming the “go to” for a huge number of men out there to add to their style. Your hair, including facial hair is mostly made up of a protein called kKeratin, which reacts extremely well with the fatty acids contained in CBD.
