It took me some time to delve into the details and truly grasp the essence of the 'Four Agreements.' Applying them in our daily encounters has been a learning experience.

Be Impeccable With Your Word:
Difficult piece to follow in our regular encounters, however reminding every time to be calm and speak with modesty.
It's challenging to follow this consistently in our daily interactions, however finding that reminder to stay calm and speak with modesty helps a lot.
- Speak with Integrity: Say only what you mean. Avoid using words to speak against yourself or to gossip about others. Use the power of your words in the direction of truth and love.
