From precious metal casting, including gold, platinum, and silver, to high-precision 3D modeling, Four 9’s Cluster equips professionals with the tools needed to bring bold ideas to life. Services include repair and finishing, polishing, stone setting, as well as laser cutting, engraving, and welding. The company also specializes in electroplating and custom jewelry manufacturing, producing unique, high-quality pieces.

Target Audience. The target audience of Four 9’s Cluster encompasses a broad range of professionals in the jewelry industry. Those include independent jewelers, those employed by jewelry brands, as well as major jewelry manufacturers. The company seeks collaboration with the best, aiming to attract world-renowned brands such as Tiffany, Harry Winston, David Yurman, Le Vian, Tacori, and others who value quality and innovation.
Project Objectives
Superheroes.marketing faced a comprehensive task of ensuring the successful launch of Four 9’s Cluster. The goal was to not only conceive the brand but also develop an effective market entry strategy, provide marketing support, and validate feasibility of their business model.
Market Research and Strategy
We started off with in-depth market research and analysis, looking into the existing positioning, analyzing products and services, and setting up a product matrix. We ran a SWOT analysis and studied competitors across Ukraine and in Florida, USA. Realizing the pains and needs of the target audience allowed us to create social profiles and map a customer journey. We proceeded with developing a brand strategy, including naming, positioning, mission, vision, and values. We defined the Big Idea and Tone of Voice, reflecting the brand’s essence, and recommended certain communication channels.
Market Analysis Results
Our analysis of the jewelry market in Ukraine and the USA revealed significant opportunities for innovation. As of December 2023, the YouControl platform has stored data on 1,453 Ukraine-based companies engaged in jewelry production, primarily amassed in Kyiv and eastern regions. Despite challenges posed by the tax system, pandemic, and war, the removal of a 10% pension insurance advance payment sent a positive signal for market recovery.
We discovered that modern consumers seek unique, personalized pieces, while jewelers seek access to advanced technology and a like-minded community. In Miami, Florida, the dynamic and highly competitive jewelry industry highlights a demand for innovative solutions.
These findings pointed to the relevance of creating an ecosystem to unite industry professionals and provide new growth opportunities.
Visual Identity and Brand Book
We did a design session to create a logo representing the brand’s innovation and premium nature. The particular selection of corporate fonts and a color palette emphasized modernity and reliability. The brand book outlines all brand elements and user recommendations, ensuring consistency in communications.
Website Design
We completed the full UI/UX design cycle for Four 9’s Cluster. Starting with a Coming Soon Page to establish an initial online presence, we developed the main website to highlight the brand’s unique and innovative nature. Also, we created a landing page design to optimally showcase the company’s key services and benefits. Each stage focused on delivering a premium user experience in line with the high standards of the jewelry industry.
Promoting Services for Jewelers
Our collaboration involved promoting existing services, such as precious metal casting, stone setting, cleaning, and polishing. Marketing tools were used to effectively communicate these services, engaging jewelers. Social media campaigns generated positive feedback and service inquiries.
Advertising Campaign and Marketing Support
We launched advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract new clients. Creative materials were developed, ad accounts set up, and campaigns executed across social media. Active social media management and audience engagement served as key success factors. Outreach tools allowed for direct contacts with potential clients and partners.
Design and Copywriting
