FOUNDERSHIP IS NOT EQUAL BUT IT CAN BE!

In observation of Black History Month, I would like to provide a prospective backed by data in hopes that we can, as a single “Sapien" species, take on this problem and not just leaving it to those being impacted…?
FOUNDERSHIP IS NOT EQUAL BUT IT CAN BE!?
Empowering people through Foundership training is how we solve this decades long income inequality issue. Please allow me to explain why, in hopes that when you achieve your exit, have wealth and decide to give back, you remember those who were born with little and could use just a little lift.?
The data proves that the more education you receive, the higher your chances are of becoming a financially secure across all races. No kidding right, education helps!?
But Founder education is not the same as academic education. This is a specific occupational type of education, not that education can’t help–it can–however, it does mean that even if you cannot afford to or can't get into a university, you can still achieve success.
Historically, it makes sense. Higher-paying jobs often demand higher levels of education like lawyers, doctors, executive managers, and scientists. The numbers don’t lie. I believe the chances of becoming a millionaire should be similar across all races, or at least proportional.?
Unfortunately, this is not currently the case. If you factor in formal education with race, your chances of becoming a millionaire are clear. With a high school degree you have a 1% chance to get out from check-to-check, yet for Hispanics or black people, the percentage probability of becoming a millionaire does not change with a high school diploma or an Associate’s degree. With a Bachelor’s, whites have a 18% chance virus Black people at only 3%!

For black people, this data should make you very wary of getting into student loan debt. For Whites, getting a college degree significantly increases the odds of becoming financially secure.
With a Master’s degree, the chances of getting out from check-to-check living should be similar across all races but the gap between percentages is striking - White (38%) and Black (6%).
Income inequality directly impacts society in many ways, none of which are good. Currently, education is directly tied to economics - the less money you have the fewer opportunities you have for higher education. Economics has been, for decades, tied largely to race. For those without a high school degree, you practically have no chance of achieving financial independence, unless you start a Startup.
Let's all decide that people are people, and as a single species we ALL benefit, if for no other reason then when we all benefit - we ALL benefit.?
