We are proud that our community is consisting of people from all over the world. In our recent survey among our companies we learned that we have 22 nationalities represented, as you can see visualized on the map above.
Here we will bring you some highlights from our companies and what we have been up to lately.
Founders Challenge
In 2022, Founders Loft achieved a 50/50 female/male founder distribution among our startups. The idea of annually identifying goals from Agenda 2030, creating conditions and inspiration for entrepreneurship, has led to the "Founders Challenge" initiative.?
A competition where entrepreneurs can contribute to reaching the global goals, this year with business ideas that contribute to equality or sustainability and win a full business year with free coaching, office space and support in the incubator.
We hosted a Founders Challenge inspirational event in May with entrepreneurs on the theme "design your life", where there also was a vernissage and display of "wearable art".
Taking innovations to Barcelona with #westswedishincubators
Together with #WestSwedishIncubators #BRG and other organisations, our team visited innovation hubs, companies and investors in Barcelona.
Qrew pitch event
Qrew held their pitch event at the Founders Loft premises, where a number of startups presented their business ideas to a jury of experts for a chance to win UX/UI services from Qrew valued at SEK 100,000.
Project TJIVA
Founders Loft, Mikrofonden and Coompanion has worked with the project called TJIVA which aimes to develop a method to increase the investment potential and conditions for social enterprises that contribute to the global goals and increase gender equality.
