The timeline for resolution should be measured in minutes, not hours or days, to avoid missing out on valuable opportunities while your system is down.

1 年Very true Arjun. Being prepared for any inconveniency is absoluty important be it a startup or a well established venture. Mishaps happen all the time. They are inevitable. But being prepared helps the damage controlling aspect. - in startup’s even minor inconvineces can cost you a lot. It’s a beginning phase where a lot of competitors are looking for the same oppurtunity. There its very important to be prepared in advance so that u have at least half of the control over any hiccups that might occur.
