Founder: (raising a glass, a smile spreading across his face) “To the friends who became family, the team who built dreams, and the success we've shared this past year.”

(Everyone cheers, claps and drinks a toast)

Founder: “And to honor this journey, I'm thrilled to announce that Amara will now be our VP of Product. It’s time we acknowledged what she’s already become—the driving force behind our product’s commercial success.”

Amara: (surprised, a hint of disbelief) “Thank you, but I’m not sure I have experience beyond marketing communications.”

Founder: (reassuringly) “Experience isn't just a resume line. You have Graybeard’s guidance and SOP, I'll be right there to help you, and most importantly, your experience and leadership around shaping our current product.

Plus, ProductSage and Sage_AI have your back for the mechanics. You just need to be your authentic, creative, smart, and inspiring self.”

(The room erupts in supportive cheers, embodying the spirit of teamwork and achievement.)

(Later that evening... Founder sits alone in a comfortable chair by a roaring fire in his den. He pulls out a leather-bound notebook and captures his thoughts...)
