FOUNDER DONATES PRIZE CAR BACK TO CHURCH FUNDRAISER

This passion for giving ‘a little extra’ also extends to their donations, participation and work with charities and communities in need. Last Friday, at a church fundraising event, HasBuilt generous founder Tony El-Hasrouny brought luck and a little extra kindness to ensure the event exceeded everybody’s expectations.

Founding HasBuilt Projects aged only 26, Tony attributes the business success not only to hard work and dedication but also to the kindness and support of others. He knows this level of success would never have been possible without the support of clients, business partners and the Hasbuilt team. It’s this acknowledgement and sense of appreciation that drove him to ensure that giving back to the community would be a key pillar of the HasBuilt business.

Whether it’s donations to Westmead Children’s Hospital from every completed project, sponsoring events for St John the Beloved youth charity, attending charity events or supporting our local federal police, Tony has a passion for giving back.

It was during a church charity event that Tony showed his generosity and embodied the culture of HasBuilt in the community once again. With the major prize of a brand new car on offer in the raffle, he knew that with some luck, he would be able to contribute even more to support the church towards their financial goal.

Luck was on Tony’s side and he won the car and he knew exactly what to do with it. Without hesitation he re-donated the car in order to raise an even greater amount for the church and its community, allowing them to re-auction the car for a further $50,000 dollars.

“My team, our clients and the community around HasBuilt has done so much for me, I feel compelled to support others whenever I can,” said Tony following the evening. “I can’t measure or even put into words the satisfaction I get from giving to others who are so deserving, particularly in my local community”. You can rest assured, with more success in the pipeline, Tony and the HasBuilt Projects team will continue giving back to the community in the near future.
