Foundational Principles of Reality Creation

Foundational Principles of Reality Creation

Understand this to create the life that you?want.

In today’s article, I just want to share some of the principles of reality creation and manifestation that I have been learning over the years.?

It took me really more than two decades to understand how manifestation works. To you, I will lay it out in one essay.

Those principles are very simple.

1. Law of?Action.

Everyone is talking about the law of attraction. The law of attraction is a sham.?

Manifestation is not about imagining things walking through life in a never-ending daydream, or screaming affirmations at your reflection in the mirror until you are blue.

Manifestation is only one thing?—?Execution.?

The law of attraction works only when combined with the law of action, which can be formulated quite simply:?

If you don’t do anything, nothing will ever change in your life.

In order to transform, you have to do things. You’ve got to execute.?

And here comes the simple Truth, that unless accepted will forever remain a blocker on the path.

2. You are where you are because at some level it is ok for you to be?there.

I once coached someone who was working for one company. For the same salary. Without raises. For 26 years.?

They have complained about how life is hard blaming everyone for their problems?—?government, company, parents, upbringing, society.?

I know what you are thinking and you are right.?

“You are not a tree. If you are so unhappy with where you are, why don’t you change the situation.”?

This is the foundational understanding, the place from which the change is created?—?you are WHO you are because at some level it is ok for you to be who you are.?

The moment the status quo is no longer ok, you have a shot at creating change.

Change happens when the pain of becoming something new becomes lower than the pain of remaining the same.?

In other words:

3. Transformation happens when it becomes a non-negotiable.

In my past life, I was a smoker, an alcoholic, and a substance addict with suicidal depression.?

Only years later I realized the fuel behind my transformation.?

I wasn’t transforming myself because I had a vision to work towards.

I was transforming myself because I hated my weakness and being weak was no longer an option.?

You see,?

We do not become what we want by wanting it. We become what we want by hating and destroying the opposite.

For the vision you have for yourself, create anti-vision. For your core values, create anti-values.?

Clarity of purpose is important.?

Clarity of what would become of you should you live your life created by an undisciplined mind is vital.

Your Mind is everything.?

Buddha said:

“What you think you become.”

4. What you think you?become.

The number one blocker for most people is that they cannot separate thinking from feeling.?

Most importantly, they don’t understand which comes first: emotion or thought.?

That’s the question I want you to ask yourself right now.

What comes first, emotion or thought??

Here is a simple experiment that you can make.?

Just close your eyes and go into a memory?—?go into the happiest day of your life. If there are many, just pause and pick one, the brightest memory.

Teleport yourself there.?

Picture everything in the smallest details: the weather, your facial expression, the people who were sharing the day with you, what you were wearing, your hairstyle. Picture everything vividly and feel the feeling that you had on that day.

Then, scan your body and see if the emotion manifested itself physically. Try to locate it?—?see if there is a temperature, see if there is color. ‘

Breathe into the emotion.?

Let it expand and occupy your whole body. With that simple experiment, if done correctly, you will confirm for yourself that emotion is generated by thought.?

You had to think about the happy memory first before you started feeling happy in your body, in whatever physical way it manifested?—?lightness, brightness, warmth, etc.

This is another foundational principle of reality creation:

Thoughts generate emotions.

Most people don’t realize this, but this understanding is the foundation of emotional intelligence.?

The problem is not that people necessarily don’t know how to think; the problem is that people are confused between feeling and thinking.

After you confirm for yourself that thoughts generate emotion you will be able to derive a direct implication:?

You can modulate your inner state through your thinking.?

Meaning??

If you want to create any kind of internal state intentionally, you can do so by design.?

Mind running wild will will create all sorts of undesired internal states for you.?

Disciplined mind will create stable productive states.

Your thoughts is what you experience.

If you want to feel resourceful, think resourcefully. Thinking abundance will bring abundance because it opens you to that state of feeling abundant.

This leads to the next foundational principle.?

In Buddha’s words:?

“What you feel you attract.”

Your emotions drive your behaviour.?

We may pride ourselves on our intellect and rationality, but the truth is that most of our decisions are driven purely by emotion.

No matter how strong you think is your ability to compartmentalize, you are still very much driven by emotion. Your behaviour is heavily conditioned by how you feel. Examine your life and find confirmation of that in your experience.

Example:

You felt thirsty. You drank an extra glass of water before sleep. Woke up twice in the night to pee. Couldn’t fall back to sleep. Woke up completely crushed. Feel terrible the whole next day. Energy is low, focus is close to zero, judgment is compromised.?

You make a bad call, and you experience the consequences of your decision that lead to a very particular thought. Things happen and you call it a “bad day”.?

If this happens repeatedly, you start calling your bad days a bad life.?

Repeat that thought 100,000 times and you have yourself a deeply integrated belief that lies so deep in your subconscious that it runs automatically.

That’s what really a belief is:

A belief is an automated thought.?

That’s what I do through coaching.?

My job as a coach is first to bring subconscious programming to your awareness and then to break it?—?to make the process conscious so that you are aware of it. The only way to rewrite the program is to become aware of it first.

Let’s summarize what we have talked about so?far.?

  • thoughts generate emotion
  • repeated thinking becomes a belief
  • beliefs create your internal states
  • internal states drive your behaviour
  • And then, the law of action: behaviour creates new experiences?
  • Your actions shape your experiences which in turn shape your thinking.

Loop closed.

Which leads us to the fundamental understanding of how manifestation works.

In Buddha’s words:

“What you imagine you create”.

5. You create what you believe?in.

Here comes a useful concept of Confirmation bias. You probably heard about it before.?

Basically,?

If you believe in certain things, your mind selectively picks them from your reality, creating a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Meaning??

  • If you believe you can’t, you can’t.?
  • If you believe you can, you can.?

Everything you believe is trur and real. But it is true and real exclusively for you.

The reality you experience is not the Ultimate Reality. No one knows what the Ultimate Reality is. Everyone on this planet is experiencing one thing and one thing alone?—?their own Perception.

Your Perception is filtered through your beliefs formed by your interpretation of your life experiences.

There is nothing complex about reality creation in principle.?

People say thoughts are material. → Very easy to prove.

How to move a pen with your thoughts??

  • you think about moving the pen
  • and then you take the pen and move it with your hand

That’s it.?

The movement is so simple and the thought is so subtle because it is automated. We don’t even notice the movement of thought. It just happens.?

However, some more complex movements take a lot of time, energy.

For example, moving your whole body from one country to another (aka immigration) or moving your whole body from one company to another (aka career change)?—?that takes the effort of the mind. A chain of multiple strategic moves?—?the motion of the body, the words to be created.

But in principle the process of physical manifestation is the same:

  • Control your thinking
  • Through thinking you will control your states?
  • Through your states you will control your actions
  • Through your actions you will create new experience
  • Create the experience with intention and your experience will confirm, challenge, alter, or reinforce your thinking, and through repetition, your beliefs.

What you focus on expands.

What seems to be the?problem??

The problems start at the level 1.?

You don’t know how to control your mind.?

  • You don’t control what you don’t understand?
  • You don’t understand what you don’t observe?

The mind that is not understood is a conditioned mind.?

And you have been conditioned. First by your parents, then by schools, society, culture, tradition, etc.

Eventually you “grow up” enough to do your own self-conditioning?—?through books, podcasts, videos, and following blind leaders.

All these factors shape who you believe yourself to be today.

Every experience is shaping you, and for most people this process is completely automated.?

Their deep conditioning, their automated thinking, creates their experiences that further reinforces the conditioning. That’s the loop.?

Life just happens to them and they accept it as given. They live by default.

Becoming aware of your conditioning and reprogramming yourself is a hard, complex, and extremely energy-consuming work.?

The brain doesn’t want to spend energy. Learning how to think is probably the hardest skill to acquire.?

And so people get stuck in their thinking, and spend years wasting their life inside their deeply conditioned and inaccurate models of reality.

That is not what we are doing here.?

As you grow older, your identity increasingly reflects your choices.?

You can break the loop.?

You can say no to the “life by default”, and say yes to the Life by Design.

Every moment can be spent building your identity intentionally.

It starts with recalibrating your thinking.

  • thinking becomes words
  • words become programs
  • programs become systems
  • systems become your destiny

The more you can discipline your mind, the more you are in control of your reality.?

Why??

Two reasons:?

  1. Your mind is your primary tool of reality creation?
  2. Your mind is the only reality you experience.?

Your Mind is the Ultimate Reality for You.

The day you truly understand this, the game changes forever.?

If you don’t learn to control your mind, your mind will control you.?

Or the way Carl Jung put it years ago:?

‘Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.’

With that thought I will leave you.

Dig deeper.?

Go further.

Everything you can imagine is real.
