Happy Friday it's time for....

It’s time for a Wins thread.

?

One thing we do in my community Every single week is share wins!?

?

Small and Big.

?

Acheiving big goals is not easy.?

?

Many of my clients are working on their career changes, their pay raises, their salary goals, their self-confidence etc.?

?

But these things are even harder when you’re not seeing the ways in which you’ve advanced in the past week.

?

It’s very easy for the advancements to pass you by because they are usually incremental and our brain labels them as “small” and insignificant, so we ignore them without realizing our progress.

?

One of the best things I did, was train myself to see wins, see advancements, see milestones no matter how small.

?

My brain is now trained to see them, focus in on them and get excited about continuing to move forward using them.

?

And I mean what is the alternative to this??

?

It would be to NOT see them, continue thinking you haven’t made any progress, and that is always going to feel de-motivating.

?

Here’s my experience from coaching for hundreds of hours:

?

It’s never that you haven’t made ANY progress (That is NEVER true).??

?

It’s always that you haven’t become skilled at seeing it yet.

?

In my community my friends and clients are in there doing the deep work weekly and they get GOOD at identifying their wins.?

?

And THAT my friend is a milestone in itself and is the guarantee of overall success in where they are headed in whatever area of life or whatever big goals you choose to take on next.?

?

It is literally the thing that sets them apart from the people who can’t see their wins, therefore have trouble creating more wins, and stay stuck in “feeling like they are never winning”

?

Which makes everything suck a little more.?

?
