Foundational Fridays -- Be Blessed

Whether or not one is Irish, and I am not (I am of Scottish descent), have long loved this traditional Irish blessing. As we go into St. Patty's Day this weekend, it really isn't about turning the rivers green in some cities, or drinking copious amounts of Harp Lager, Guinness Stout, or any number of renowned Irish Whiskeys, there is so much more to the actual historic story of St. Patrick and his now many, many centuries long legacy in and for Ireland.

Should you imbibe some of the aforementioned beverages, or traditional corned beef and hash this weekend, watch college basketball conference championship games, or just spend time with family and friends; enjoy it all and be blessed!
