Well hey there, it’s great to see you here as we prepare to wrap up the week and enter the weekend. With any luck, we’ll head into the weekend with plenty of sun and maybe we’ll even be able to break out the barbecue grills and the ?shing rods.?
Before we get to all that, it’s time to look at our businesses, our cultures, and the strides we’re making to improve them.?
Has this week been considered a success for you? Or are there some things that have fallen o? the plate for one reason or another? Sometimes, without the right systems and processes in place, it’s easy for things to slip through the cracks.?
What matters is how you bounce back from that. Do you simply accept it and move on, or do you bounce right back, ?x what it is that caused things to slip through the cracks (Hint: Those systems) and move forward with the commitment to make sure it doesn’t happen again??
Whether you’re a leader, and those things that are slipping through the cracks impact those on your team, or you’re a team member and you want to keep yourself on track so you can hit your goals, it comes down to systems.?

With a system, you know exactly what it is you’re supposed to do every single day. As I like to say, you can execute like a mindless robot, just repeatedly churning out the desired result for your piece of the assembly line.?
If you’re someone who is a leader, your piece of the assembly line may be absolutely critical to the success of your team.?
When it comes down to it, if success comes down to you making sure that things aren’t slipping through the cracks then identify why that’s the case, and how you can remedy the situation.?
Give that some thought this weekend, and let’s keep those ?ngers crossed for some sun.?
