The Foundation of Human Principles.

The Foundation of Human Principles.

#FamilyValues are a priority for me. A family is a group composed of individuals. One of the real-world dichotomies we face as individuals, parents and children is "social acceptance & appreciation" versus "optimal biological development and maintenance." For that reason it is important to be aware of the development and sensitivity of our Central and Peripheral Nervous System. The leading science that addresses the individual and the family is Human Biology. For more clarity, Human Biology is the #Efficient#Prime, and #Accurate relay of #Information associated with #HumanBiology- The Study of all variables that affect Human Life relative to Optimum Conditions.

Regardless of genetics or current health status, the single most important job that a human being does is sleep; for many reasons.

BEFORE going to your medical doctor (but with your physician's legal oversight), the #ASP or Assessment of Sleep Performance is where everybody should begin. Sleep deprivation is directly linked to all of the #Top10Killers both in the United States and Abroad:

#1CardiovascularDisease

#2Cancer

#3MedicalError (alone); greater value but does not #Eclipse cancer if broadly classified as “#Accidents

#4AdverseDrugReactions

*#5LowerRespiratoryDisease;

#6AlzheimeRSDisease

#7Diabetes

#8InfluenzaPneumonia :

#9KidneyDisease

#10Suicide

A healthy organism that is properly recharged performs at a higher level in all aspects of life relative to a sleep deprived organism. Similarly, a properly hydrated, "peak performing athlete" performs at their optimum when they are hydrated as opposed to dehydrated. That is why knowledge of sleep and peak personal performance is the most important aspect of self to perfect for accident prevention and universal health. Unfortunately, the way the human brain is hard-wired; we are unable to perceive "sleep deprivation." That is why the ASP utilizes a complex algorithm to collect subjective, self-reporting data in an online fashion.

However, there are times that Conventional Medicine has value to consider. For example, Emergency Rooms in the western world are significantly more efficient and provide elite care relative to the eastern world. Medicine is also valuable for mending a broken bone or joint, and more invasive options like surgery.

Primary Medicine practitioners in the modern world generally deal with referring patients to specialists and moderating the prescriptions that their patient takes- whether those substances are prescribed, over the counter, or self-administered..... as well as routine check-#ups.

#PGx is a tool that primary medical practitioners need to have in their practice in the modern world to act as a Secondary Check-Point to reinforce the fact that the patient is taking the Proper Drug Combination. Communication skills among medical professionals are often very weak, particularly when it comes to each individual patient. For that reason, an empathetic primary care provider should have a PGx on file for each and every one of their patients- because medical error coupled to Adverse Drug Reactions are the unpleasant reality of the world we currently live in.

****Psychiatry is a pseudoscience. All psychiatrists should be mandated to use one of 4 options or a combination of all:

1) qEEG Brain-Mapping w/ accompanied profiles.

2) SPECT imaging.

3) ASP profiling.

4) Pharmacogenomic Testing

All medical doctors run a series of tests or take images of their organ system specialty prior to diagnosing and treating (especially with extreme invasive approaches). Noninvasive recommendations also need to be prioritized prior to invasive options..

In all seriousness, EACH and EVERY one of the pharmaceutical compounds currently available to psychiatrists in 2018 are "invasive" and "barbaric" as termed by Leading Medical Professionals.

With the four options above, you are acquiring valuable subjective and objective data that is NECESSARY for an EFFICIENT, EDUCATED and HUMANE interaction with your psychiatrist and something you should demand as a patient!

*******Cardiology

I will argue that the brain is the most important organ that a human being has..... and yes all organ systems down to the nano-cellular level are equally important..... however, the heart is an organ that almost everybody can relate to which is well understood by science and medicine. Sleep deprivation, Hydration and Diet are focal points for this system as well.

Prior to starting any therapeutic intervention it is important to ask about and consider all of the side effects as a legitimate reality (regardless of what any other person tells you). From there, the next step is always to consider effects of lifestyle. A medical doctor in today's world needs to be able to provide written or typed information for their patient to take home with them for preventative and curative purposes. #theASP is the best holistic tool to appreciate the benefits of #Neurofeedback. PGx is a tool that should be implemented as a precautionary measure and as a test that ensures proper drug dispersal. Cardiology prescription regiments are very well researched and understood by the medical community but drug combinations at an individualized level are best understood by this FREE (for insured americans including Medicare/Medicaid), simple test.
