You can't build a great building on a weak FOUNDATION. Ideas built on flawed FOUNDATIONS will fail.

We create, maintain and improve a strong FOUNDATION by careful attention to core principles, policy, and systems.

But even more important we create, maintain and improve a strong FOUNDATION by careful attention to people – matching expectations, being realistic, providing support, being genuine.

And we can strengthen the FOUNDATION within ourselves by discovering and confirming our core values, and further developing our strengths. With a solid FOUNDATION we have the serenity to accept the things we cannot change, the courage to change the things we can, and the wisdom to know the difference.

With a solid FOUNDATION, excellent EXECUTION becomes easier and reproducible.
