Be Found

Goodness needs to be found.

Have you ever looked for the best driver, the one who would have very high professionalism, would drive and take care of your car with full ownership and would treat his job with respect? Have you ever looked for a nanny who would look after your children with love, be patient with them, take car of them and be a good example for them? Have you ever looked for a life partner who was intelligent, successful, kind, spiritual with a great sense of humour? Have you ever look for great friends, colleagues and partners and wondered..... why is it so difficult to find good people?

Good people are not rare. They are aplenty. They are just too modest to make their work and themselves known. And hence they are harder to be found.

I feel goodness comes with a responsibility of expansion. It comes with the responsibility of abundance. It comes with the responsibility to be found, to be visible, to be accessible.

I am looking for you, as a friend, as a colleague, as a partner in my purpose, as are many others. Make yourself known. Bring your goodness to fore. There is someone looking for the revolutionary CEO to make the shift in the company. There is someone looking for the best salesman in the world. There is someone looking for the best guitarist, the best chef. There is someone looking for the best man in the world to be her husband.

Put your accomplishments out on a bigger medium. Market your strengths. Promote your vision. Make yourself known. The mediums are abundant but under utilised.

Put yourself out. There is a professional and personal match for you who is equally impatient to find you as you are to be discovered. Make the effort. Make your goodness known.

Always rooting for your success,

Priya Kumar

Hi! Priya, Very Nice Article. I realized that really productive people do not market themselves well and that's why even they are harder to find. It is also a loss for the companies who fail to find them.

Connecting and finding in every individual good ....will help to get that rare individual who are in plenty. As everyone has something good, the only thing required is to analyse and make that person realize that you are also among best. Hope it works and world become better place to live in:)
