Fostering Workplace Equity: Fundamentally a Change Management problem?

My definition of “Workplace Equity” is the availability of a tailored set of tools and opportunities to people in alignment with their qualities, abilities and who they want to become and at the same time, in alignment with the company’s vision.
It is the responsibility of a leader to recognize the triangles of qualities & abilities and provide the necessary tools and opportunities for the team to shine like the stars they are meant to be.
The biggest challenge lies in the potential perception of a tailored set of opportunities as unfair. Overcoming this perception requires a shift in mindset, and this is the core of effective change management.
The question at hand is: Can we leverage tools and strategies for change management to help individuals embrace this mindset and foster equity within the organization?
