World Science Day for Peace and Development has been used to communicate the links between progress in Science & Technology and Peace & Security since its creation in 1986, highlighting the critical role of science in promoting global peace and sustainable progress. This year, the celebration on the 10th of November has the theme Building Trust in Science.
