Fostering Allyship and Inclusion: Pride Month at HyperIn

June has marked Pride Month, a significant period for celebrating acceptance, equality, and the contributions of LGBTQIA+ individuals. This year holds special meaning as it commemorates the 55th anniversary of the Stonewall Uprising, a cornerstone event in the modern LGBTQIA+ rights movement.


At HyperIn , we believe that actions speak louder than words. Throughout June, we have dedicated ourselves to celebrating Pride Month. Supporting the LGBTQIA+ community is a shared responsibility, with every team member playing a crucial role in fostering a welcoming environment. It is imperative for all of us to raise awareness, serve as positive role models for inclusion, and address injustices when they arise.


Although we do not currently have specific tools or organized internal events for Pride Month, our unwavering commitment to cultivating an inclusive and empathetic culture remains steadfast. Our principles are rooted in the values of acceptance and respect for all, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, age, background, race, religion, or physical ability. We emphasize the importance of inclusive language and behaviors, encouraging actions that ensure everyone feels treated fairly, respected, heard, and involved.

HyperIn recognizes the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) not just during Pride Month, but every day of the year.
