?Why FoSTAC Training? : Section 16 (3) (h) of the FSS Act mandates that the Food Authority shall ensure the training of the Food Business Operator. In this line, FSSAI has developed a training ecosystem that will create trained food handlers who will be called a Food Safety Supervisor.

HGP Training Center is an Empaneled Training Partner of FSSAI under Fostac to provide Food Safety Supervisor / Fostac (All Course - PAN India) training.

Food Handler:???Any person who is in business or intends to become involved in food business, whether as food business operators or employees or otherwise

Students : Final year Students who wants to join Food industry

Renewal of Certificate:?For Renewal of Certificate of All Who successfully completed the Training of Food Safety Supervisor Training Previously.(Whose Certificate Duration is expired).

●?????Understanding basic concepts of food safety & hygiene.

?All successful candidates will receive a certificate issued by FSSAI specifying their qualification shortly after attending their course.

The?main?purpose of this training is to promote food safety awareness in India. This training consisted of food safety requirements with reference to HACCP and Schedule IV of FSSAI Licensing regulations.
