Forvia's Empowering our Female Leaders!

Forvia University proudly piloted our Women Rising program last year virtually, and this year we were thrilled to bring it in person at our Auburn Hills, Michigan headquarters.

At Forvia, we continuously look for ways to support our employees develop and be successful. This program was designed specifically with our female leaders in mind to develop a deeper understanding of their own personal goals, how to leverage strengths, and learn ways to incorporate good habits into routines to support their career.

Throughout the training, participants experienced a mixture of in person learning, open discussions, and activities to apply what they are learning. In addition, after a great night of networking, we had the honor of having some of Forvia's very own female leadership come in for an open, honest, panel discussion.

We would like to extend a very special THANK YOU to our leaders Laura O'Brien , Trisha Boehler , Megan Boettger , Misty Matthews , and Amy Thomas for coming in to support this program.
