Fortune Imports Developing New Products

The seafood meals division of Fortune Imports has been busy at work.They have developed a range of ready to heat meals that include seafood fettuchini, swordfish florentine, seafood lasagna, salmon oscar en croute and shrimp and grits. They are ready to bake with no prep or cleanup. These dishes also remove the fear of not knowing how to prepare seafood that prevents many people from consuming fish at home.

Also in the works are Coastal Seafood Tarts in three flavors: shrimp and crab, seafood (seabass, swordfish & salmon) & manhattan clam. The shells are produced by hand in France, with production completed at their plant in Atlanta.
