Interior Construction Continues at Selene

Following its topping off in June, Kolter Urban and Miami-based Coastal Construction Co. are advancing steadily towards Selene’s 2025 delivery. Windows are installed up to the 27th ?level, bringing to life Kobi Karp’s signature glass design. New Fort Lauderdale Additions Enhance City Living

Fort Lauderdale is experiencing a wave of new advancements. LauderGO!, a complimentary micro mover shuttle service by the City of Fort Lauderdale, will streamline travel with five routes connecting beachfront residents to Las Olas and downtown entertainment areas. The Fort Lauderdale Aquatic Center’s renovation revealed the nation’s first 27-meter permanent dive tower along with five new pools.
