The formula for Being a Transformational Leader is the Positively Powerful Way to be Successful.

Just as the triangle, the most stable form in geometry, is comprised of three sides, and a stool to be functional must have at least three legs, being a transformational leader or positively powerful woman or man has three core results that make her or him successful. Once you know what they are you can improve your results. They were crystallized for me when I began working with Douglas Chee at Milestone Training Center in Malaysia. 

His and now my way of understanding and sharing how to be a change making person has three steps. Getting them "in your body" and living them is one of the greatest joys any human being could have. Here they are...

1. CONTRIBUTION: Be a change maker, someone who is empathetic and takes action to solve a social problem. Be passionate, outward focused and involve people in what matters to you. Be giving to yourself as you give back to others. This leads to #2.
2. ACCOMPLISHMENT: Be someone who has big goals and brings them to conclusion personally and/or professionally in extraordinary ways. Make promises, be bold and courageous. Be in action in about achieving results in your personal life, career, finances, health, etc. To do this, invest in your education - #3.
3. COACHING: Use personal coaching and on going education as ways to build skills. Have a life-long learning attitude. Share and teach what you know in some form of a giving circle of people. This is the best way to "lock in" learning.
