The Formula Behind Filling a $9,000 Group Coaching Program with 25-30 People Monthly

For two years, I was in charge of driving 1,000+ leads that filled a $9,000 group program with 25-30 people per month in my last role as a marketing manager at a global coaching organization.
How did my team and I do it?
Let me break it down for you in this article.
A. We used a Live Workshop Funnel
The team crafted a live, online workshop that addressed a major challenge our ideal clients had.
We ran the workshop over Zoom every Monday and Wednesday.
People got real value, information, and transformation. We created authority and desire in what the company had to offer.
B. We Drove Organic and Paid Traffic to the Funnel
We proactively built an audience of buyers on LinkedIn.
Collectively, the people who were the faces of this coaching organization had over 80,000 connections on LinkedIn.
By posting consistently and chatting via DMs with dream clients, we were able to drive hundreds of workshop signups every week.
Moreover, we leveraged LinkedIn ads to boost workshop signups to 250-300 every week. Of course, not everyone would show up live (around 30% did), but we sent email campaigns to try to engage them afterward.
C. People Were Offered a Free Strategy Call on the Workshop
Calls were booked from the workshop, and the Sales team calendars were full every week.
The workshop contributed tremendously to building the know, like, and trust factor, giving potential clients an experience of what it's like to be trained & coached by our company, so the sale was 50% done.
On that call, people were enrolled in a bigger vision of their lives & businesses and were offered the chance to join the company's signature group program.
The result?
A new cohort was launched every month, with 20 to 30 people in each.
This led to a 7-figures coaching business per year.
Remember, selling out group programs or retreats requires a marketing & sales system that works relentlessly on your behalf to generate and nurture leads to the point they're ready to book a call with you.
