Formula 1 is a SEAR Level 1 Rated Event. -Level 1 description: Significant events with national and/or international importance that require. extensive federal interagency support.
105,000 people will be attending F1 Las Vegas.
FBO ARRIVALS FOR FORMULA 1
Nellis Air Force Base and McCarran Airport report that they will be deviating air traffic to allow the excessive amount of private aircraft coming into Executive, Signature, and Henderson Airports. Booked-out FBOs are suggesting private aircraft to deviate to the Phoenix area and charter helicopter services to transport VIPs from Phoenix to landing at Marvrick on Las Vegas BLVD.
IDENTIFICATION AND ACCESS:
- A ticket and/or credential is required for entry.
- Security Personnel will not receive security credentials.
- Personnel will only have access to the designated areas as indicated onyour ticket and/or credential.
- Firearms are strictly prohibited and not allowed within LVGP event spaces.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Security Personnel may support your organizations, attendees, and guests, however those individuals are not a part of the LVGP event security program.
- Security Personnel are not permitted to attempt to give directions to LVGP event security personnel or any other event staff.
- Should assistance be required, please contact the LVGP Central Event Control (CEC) for exigent situations or the Stratoscope representative for your area for any other support.
BASIC POLICIES AND PROCEDURES:
- Familiarize yourself with the LVGP security policies prior to arrival. These policies can be found online at https://www.f1lasvegasgp.com/faqs
.
- Report any suspicious activity to the LVGP Security team. There will be signage posted throughout LVGP event spaces with a Text-To Number to report incidents.
- F1 will provide advances at 13:00 on Thursday, November 16th, and 13:00 on Friday, November 17th. Advances will provide travel paths from the Paddock Shuttle / Black Car drop-off location to advance those with credentials for the Paddock or Paddock Club and those needing to advance the South Koval area. Vehicles without an F1 Vehicle Access Pass will not be able to access the shuttle or black car drop location for event days, so getting to the advance location will require a drop off or you may be able to park at Westin on Flamingo and walk down the Access Road adjacent to our South Koval and East Harmon Flamingo Gate entry area.
EVENT DAY TRANSPORTATION:
- LVGP F1 Shuttles & Black Cars will access the Paddock Bridge from the Top Golf parking lot on Koval Lane. Some invited guests will meet their shuttle or black car at the MGM loading dock adjacent to Top Golf and then be transported through Top Golf to the Paddock shuttle depot. The authorized vehicles will proceed over Harmon on the vehicle bridge to then be dropped at the Paddock Shuttle Depot.
- Egress transport will be the opposite.

METHOD OF TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM MY SEATS/ HOTEL:
- Due to the road closures, we strongly encourage walking from the nearby hotels. The Las Vegas Grand Prix app will provide fans with the best walking routes to get from the hotel to their assigned zone/seats.
- Shuttle services will be available for Paddock Club? guests.
- There will be a dedicated shuttle that will run during the below hours of operation: Wednesday November 15th:??
- 4:30 p.m. – 10:00 ?p.m.???
- Last shuttle to depart from Hotels to the Paddock Club?will leave the property at 7pm Thursday November 16th:??
- 5:30 p.m. – 2:30 a.m. (next day)?
- Last shuttle to depart from hotels to the Paddock Club will leave the property at 11pm?? Friday November 17th:?
- 5:30 p.m. – 2:30 a.m. (next day)?

Guests with Paddock Club tickets can be picked up from the following locations:??
- Aria Resort & Casino- at the Tour Bus Lobby
- Resorts World Las Vegas – at the Rideshare Lot 3
- Caesars Palace - at Augustus Tower
- Topgolf- at the North side of the MGM Conference Center? We encourage all guests and staff to download the F1 Las Vegas App once live and use the map feature.
- Paddock Club guests can enter via the main entrance off Koval Lane, where all shuttles will drop off.
- A secondary option would be to enter at the Harmon Avenue and Kishner Drive entrance. From there, guests will need to proceed to the tunnel and enter at the northeast side of F1 Pit Building.
- On Thursday, November 16th, 2023 at approximately 1700 hours, closures of Las Vegas Blvd. will begin. All private drives, leading to Las Vegas Blvd, will be closed. *** IF YOU MISS THIS CLOSURE TIME. YOU WILL NOT HAVE ACCESS TO STRIP OR STRIP HOTELS. PLEASE CHECK YOUR DEPARTURE AND ARRIVAL TIMES WITH YOUR CLIENT AND OR PROTECTEE**
PARKING AND BRIDGE OPERATIONS:
- RESORT EMPLOYEE ACCESS: Employees will have access to park at their garages within the track. Employees who parked prior to hot track will be able to leave out of the Flamingo or Audrie bridges.
- GUESTS AND RESIDENTS: Guests and residents will not be turned away from access to the properties inside the track. *** YOU MAY HAVE TO SHOW A RESERVATION OR ROOM KEY**
EMERGENCY VEHICLE ACCESS:
- Emergency Vehicles will have priority and will be able to adjust traffic flow if needed to accommodate a clear path of travel.
- No access restrictions will be placed on the Vehicle Bridge during Track testing closures. Vehicles will access the interior of the track coming from E. Flamingo and proceed westbound over the bridge. During track testing, the Audrie Bridge will be southbound access only out of the interior of the track.
- Restricted access will begin at 1700 hours nightly during the event days. Vehicle screening will begin at Howard Hughes Pkwy. The Audrie Bridge will be southbound access only out of the interior of the interior of the track during this time.
FLAMINGO BRIDGE VEHICLE SCREENING:
- Through traffic at Flamingo Rd. and Paradise Rd. will be redirected utilizing variable message boards and signage.
- Taxis and ride;'shares will be redirected at Howard Hughes Pkwy to the hotel guest shuttle area.
- The Fast Pass credential system will be used as a visual to expedite known vehicles over the Flamingo Bridge. Fast Passes will be used by Caesar's black cars and limos.
TAXIS, RIDESHARE, AND HOTEL GUESTS:
- Taxis and rideshare will NOT be granted access over the Flamingo or Audrie bridge during Hot Track times.
- A hotel shuttle drop off area will be located outside of the track inside the Howard Hughes Center. Hotel guests can be dropped off at the lot and transfer to a complimentary shuttle that will loop the interior of the track. There will be various drop off and pick up locations on the interior of the track. This service will be for hotel guests only and will require proof of hotel reservation.
- Non hotel guests will be encouraged to use designated pedestrian paths to access the interior of the track.
- The Audrie Bridge will be two lanes, with one-way southbound flow from the track interior
- Audrie St. from Flamingo Rd. to Park Rd. will be one-way, controlled by flaggers
- Outbound flow, exiting traffic will alternate between Park Rd. to Las Vegas Blvd and MGM Rd. to Koval Ln.
- If the need for emergency access arises, traffic will be altered at either end of the bridge to allow for inbound traffic.
- Access northbound on Audrie Dr. will be controlled at MGM Rd. and Park Rd.
- Access northbound will be restricted to only The Carriage House and MGM Signature guests and employees.
HOT TRACK INTERIOR VEHICLE ROUTING:
- After the check point at Howard Hughes Pkwy, vehicles will proceed westbound to cross the Flamingo Bridge.
- Vehicles will be directed to get into either the North lane or the South lane to proceed to their destination.
- Vehicles accessing Venetian, Casino Royal, Harrah’s, LINQ, Flamingo, and Cromwell will be directed towards Linq Ln.
- Vehicles accessing Horseshoe, Paris, Planet Hollywood, and Elara will be directed to turn into the Horseshoe Dr. and proceed southbound on Audrie.

1 年I was at the Montreal F1 with a client and there were issues there as well. The only way to get to the Paddock was water taxi or walk, neither were great options.
