This one is the most obvious and widely known benefit of having a daily meditation practice. When an individual performs consistent, daily meditation there is a documented scientifically studied reduction in their overall anxiety level. Performed consistently over time and an individual who suffers from extreme anxiety may even find that it has disappeared completely. There is no measure of value that can encompass being around a group of people who have all completely eliminated anxiety from their mental/emotional state. The atmosphere of peace and wellbeing is the reward in and of itself.

An individual who meditates on a consistent, daily basis is prone to be more emotionally balanced than one who does not. This is because meditation settles and stills the mind, cutting out the incessant noise and mental chatter that can lead to becoming emotionally imbalanced or debilitated. This is because there is less noise, but more internal stillness within them.

People who meditate on a consistent, daily basis are proven to be highly creative. Due to the fact that they’ve been able to stop their internal, mentalized chatter, they are able to tap into and receive more inspired ideas from their own higher levels of intelligence. This means that they’re not only able to think outside the box, but they’re able to tap into the quantum field of pure potentiality. This means they can receive inspired ideas that create real solutions. A ‘real solution’ is one that comes from the quantum field and is recognized by the fact that it does not require constant upkeep to keep it viable. In other words, it’s an answer or solution that is a ‘one and done.’ This is why it’s referred to as a real solution.

#5 Tuned into the Flow

People who meditate on a consistent, daily basis are more likely to be able to tap and tune into ‘the flow state.’ This is a state of consciousness where your own higher levels of intelligence begin to run the show for you. Olympic athletes report being able to tune into this highly focused state of consciousness on a regular basis. It can come from either learning how to highly focus your energy on a singular physical activity or from performing consistent, daily meditation. In other words, you can harness the same focus as an Olympic athlete from engaging in a practice of regular, daily meditation.

Like it or not, know it or not, want it or not, it doesn’t matter. The world is changing and with it will come necessary changes to company culture. A massive part of that is having a high performing culture, and to have that, you need well-balanced, happy, and healthy employees. Simply putting demands for performance on your employees and management will no longer be enough.
