Formidable Ninjas

Formidable Ninjas

This #WordpressWednesday, let's talk about ninjas.?

In feudal Japan, a ninja was a mercenary or assassin who used stealthy tactics to accomplish whatever task they were paid to complete. Their lack of loyalty to any specific master and sneaky methods were seen as dishonorable by many.

Nowadays, ninja has a different connotation, and can be used to describe someone who excels at a particular activity, i.e. "She's a real social media ninja."

Enter Ninja Forms, a WordPress plugin that makes it easy to add forms of all kinds to your website. It is free to install and allows you to build forms with a drag-and-drop editor that is simple for beginners but has advanced features too.

Another great form plugin is called Formidable Forms. Drag-and-drop functionality, free to install and easy to use, it also adds things like surveys, quizzes and more.

Both of these plugins will store form submissions and allow you to export a CSV file with those submissions. Many form plugins require extra payment for this capability.

Each of them has additional features that you'll need to pay for - Ninja Forms via add-ons, Formidable Forms via a Pro version. But they both have a ton of built-in functionality in their free versions.

I've used both form builders and would recommend either...so why does Ninja Forms get top billing? Because I got to search for pictures of ninjas for the article.
