Forlander OTR 33.5x11.25-15 New Pattern customerized for the Korean Customer

Good news! The new project we have developed together with Korean customers is now in production! We cooperated with this customer in 2011.1, the customer first provided us with drawings and tire information. Since the tires they provided were Dunlop, the price was very expensive, and the tire design was very unreasonable. Our customer require for the more wear-resistant, slower truck tire,but the Dunlop tire suitable for high speed driving.So after consulting with the customer, we decided to redesign the tires. Customer requests to us include:

- Great tyre grip , Excellent traction performance.

- Enhance tread design for excellent wearing

- Strong construction to improve durability

( section width should to be same as before after inflated and fully loaded)

Tread depth:12-14mm

Tread width:270mm

Single load:15ton

It is particularly worth mentioning that this tire has a particularly strong load and can reach 15 tons. The driving speed is generally 1-5km/h.

This type of vehicle uses MSPE EV02 60T technology. The customer asked us request 20 pcs product to test in Korea market before start confirmed product and production. Finally, our tires passed the test of Korean customers at the end of June. They decided to order 1500pcs at a time. Yesterday we accompanied the customers to visit the factory. In the case, the customer expressed great satisfaction and we are very pleased. It is our pleasure to satisfy and trust customers! We will definitely make persistent efforts!
