I wanted to ask for something at work & #feel like I "deserved" it. "Deserved" is a strange word; #inaccurate in #context.
Growing up, my mom's belief was that no one "deserved" anything; yet "anyone" could "work" & "earn" based on merit.
I thought it was odd since 2018 in various court cases; Perpetrators felt the victim that they had offended, "deserved" it.
That belief can have to do with #arrogance, #NPD, mental health, or simply #PROJECTING.
Alternately, both sides having a part could be at play.
For this certificate, #shoring up any #weakness is more #accurate.
And then; when I took the course; assertiveness wasn't my problem at all. I'm assertive & clear.
(Being assertive is healthy in general in the majority of circumstances except for when dealing with NPD. In NPD you do #not want to be clear outside of #scripted #controlled #language - as it can trigger "#rejection" & #revenge.)
Problems in the workplace; problems in mental health; problems creating the need for a criminal justice system - are generally rooted in a spectrum ranging from NPD to Anti-Social.
Dr. Alexander Lowen groups Cluster B as subtypes of Narcissism.
(He also adds subtypes for paranoid & depressed; which some might not agree with.)
This masterclass was interesting & I enjoyed the review. It was a mini-break from renewing my #tax certification for the upcoming season.
In 24 years, no matter what creative project, whether similar to my career or a drastically different contracted affair; taxes provide something stable & routine. They're an indicator of economies & financial growth; goal achievement; or legacy. What are they to you?
My side project with photo journalism + work & travel; turned into a slew of trafficking cases. From the militia trafficking at the MEX/TX border; to Work & Travel co's in many states labor trafficking their workers; to enslaved Thai girls in ME who never signed up for what they were asked to do; to the children who disappeared from ME Hotels & when I looked them up found their Missing Posters.
My worst annoyance in Silicon Valley when I exclusively worked in Finance, was not enough time between contracts; or every so often maybe an arrogant male I had to assert a boundary too. No comparison to what I discovered over the last several years. Different premises & investigative work. Entirely alternate realities juxtaposed.
2006 I read "The Teachings of Don Juan" by #CarlosCastenada, an #anthropologist. When I left Tahoe in 2020 I thought my travels might be more like that; visiting national parks, spiritual places, diving deeper into beauty & meditation. @ AMAZON https://amzn.to/3XDbvjS

If we chunk up, I very loosely knew what she was talking about; and knew my career as a Financial Controller, that if things were "off" in my surroundings, I also had the skills to find out more.
My travel, was more like "On The Run"; filled with anthropological #characters in real time; real people; #forgotten or #underground, living in the pockets of American Cities & Parks.

She was using a different name. She had left Brandywine, PA for "love" that she found online. She ended up being married to an abusive White Supremacist who more than controlled her. She said she thought he was going to kill her. He ended up being murdered; "apparently" by a rival gang.
Her civil wedding records are under a name given to her by these Nazi Gang Members.
When he was murdered, she fled, and I followed her trail and name changes by her arrest records. She was stuck in a cycle; bouncing around from one gang member to the next; who took advantage; and who called law enforcement whenever she set a boundary. She was effectively repeatedly victimized by violent men and police who helped them. None of the officers rescued her as a missing person; nor filed charges against the white men who unlawfully abused her.
Missing Mary Bastholm, who I believe was adopted by a Mormon Family in Felton, CA, and who I met in 2017. Her current husband is the son of Olga Hepnarova from England. She told me that she ran away from home as she was in love with her boyfriend and wanted to marry him, but her parents would not let her. At a bus stop, an older man picked her up; Fred West. She started working for him and felt romantic feelings for him. She eventually married the son of Fred West & Olga Hepnarova.
I notified the police in 2023 and did not hear back.
Missing Madeline McCann, who I believe was adopted by a family in the United States, and who I met in 2017. I notified the police in 2023. They have not done a DNA test.
Missing Amber Nichole Crum, was kidnapped by Jim Britt Monroe, who was arrested by Police for this offense; and then released. Monroe was religiously married to my aunt in the early 80's; before she divorced him.
She stated he was controlling, violent, and dealt drugs. He used the drugs for some child abductions, including with Amber's. He laundered the children through adoption; and my Adopted Family, owns an Adoption Agency.
Their agency was investigated on the East Coast and they relocated to California. Amber Nichole Crum, named Nichole Cheney, was deemed to be a "closed adoption" to the Cheney's, my second cousins. She currently lives in Utah, and is affiliated with the LDS spin-off cult, Uncle Sam. She has no conscious desire to meet her birth parents, nor find out the truth about what really happened to her.
Her Texas birth family posted photos before she was kidnapped. In two of them, she is being held by Louise Wright. Nichole & Louise are currently in touch. Louise lives in OR & works for the adoption agency. She also works at a local retailer so she can recruit for her "cause" as needed. She is complicit in the unethical adoption of missing kids. Her husband is a trucker; also complicit. Her son-in-law is an officer; also complicit.
Missing Katrice Lee. I've spent time with you 1992 to 2012. You are married and last I checked live in Colorado.
Missing Monica Carrasco. Is Monica Howell, Colorado.
Missing Angelica Maria Gandara. She was adopted by a Mormon Family who call her Theresa. I met her in Ben Lomond, CA in 1995.
