Nickoo's engineering career began in Iran in 2006, where she embarked on her first engineering role. In 2017, she moved to the UK after marrying her British husband, and since then, she has worked in various companies within the utility industry. With steady progression, she has advanced from a Junior Systems Engineer to her current position as a Senior Systems Engineer at Siemens.

The most exhilarating aspect of her role lies in going to the site and working with live systems.
