If you feel stuck, your goals might be too grandiose.
In the grand story of our lives, it's easy to get caught up in the idea of fresh starts and new beginnings. While these moments certainly hold their charm, there's something equally powerful in recognising that every action we take, no matter how small, contributes to the evolving narrative of our progress.
It's not just about how we begin.?
It's about how we shape the path ahead by the choices we make and the actions we take.?
So, what new endings are you writing today, as this fresh week unfolds?
In the world of business, Monday often signals the start of a new workweek filled with opportunities. It's a chance to revisit your goals, adjust your strategy, and reinvigorate your pursuits.
As we step into the final quarter of 2023, it's the ideal moment to reflect on the progress you've made this year and the uncharted territories you're eager to explore in 2024.
Remember, it's not about grandiose beginnings but consistent, determined steps that build momentum:
Want to eat healthier?
? Don’t plan for a roast on Monday night (you'll be too tired).
? Don't search for weeks for new pots that will motivate you to cook (motivation fluctuates).

? Instead, put a crisp apple in your laptop bag, and you're already making a healthier choice.
Have you been eyeing that promotion at work?
? Don't wait for the perfect moment (they don't exist).
? Don't buy a new suit to ask for the promotion (it won’t make a difference).
? Start by scheduling a meeting with your supervisor to discuss your goals and the value you bring to the team. Every conversation is a step toward your desired outcome.
Dreaming of writing a novel?
? Don't overwhelm yourself with the idea of penning a bestseller in one go (no one can do that).
? Don't research for months what the title should be (it’s the last and easiest thing to change).
? Start with small daily writing goals, even if it's just a paragraph.?
Over time, those paragraphs will add up, and you'll find yourself well on your way to completing your project.
