Don't believe those beguiling eyes... Once you get a little closer, the sausage will bend lower, growl and then run as fast as it can in the opposite direction. If you do have the skills to catch up and get your hand on the prize, you will be witness to the most vigorous head shaking the world has ever known.
These lovable animals, despite their size were bred to capture animals down holes and when they want to keep hold of something, they will!

Seriously, I see so many people start with something different on Linkedin only to give up after a few weeks just because it isn't quite working out the way you expected it to!
I get good engagement on my morning polls, and that has helped me build a solid network here on the platform. News for you.... It didn't happen overnight!

My main content focus is conversational video. Over time this has slowly but surely improved in terms of views and engagement. Again, it is about being consistent, making changes in my approach as I learn and holding steady!

It is also important to recognise that you need to work across several platforms if you are producing video or audio content and even build microsites to help different audience types find you.
So there is the BIG takeaway from the little chap this month it is this. Once you have picked up the 'content' ball, don't drop it, stand firm and keep going. Keep one eye on the audience and another on where you want to go. Be stubborn, it pays off!
