- Enjoy a healthy breakfast & eat slowly while sitting on your dining table.
- Eat an apple a day , also have a few nuts & dry fruits to balance nutrients in your body.

- Use environment friendly transport to reach your office.
- Focus on adding value to the day by being productive.
- Spread happiness & cheer around you in the office.
- Create No Anger & Gossip zone in your office if you can.
- Help out people around you who need your guidance & mentoring.

- Most of our physical diseases are manifested due to our overthinking.
- Disconnect your mind from negative thoughts as well as any physical pain.
- Forget any sad things or events in your life & focus on positivity.
