7 年I think it sounds fantastic, and I am sure it is beneficial. It's just so different from what is recommended I was interested in whether it's a true substitution for the guidelines, or a 'something is better than nothing' approach. It sounds like a great way to start off, but not a substitute for someone that runs 3 times a week (for example). Love the idea of not getting sweaty though!!
