?? Forget cold messages and one-sided emails. It’s time to (re)think lead generation strategies with this new way of using LinkedIn for lead capture.
Say goodbye to cold messages & hello to warm qualified LinkedIn leads ?? ??

?? Forget cold messages and one-sided emails. It’s time to (re)think lead generation strategies with this new way of using LinkedIn for lead capture.

?? I’m sure you’ve heard this before: "People don’t buy from salespeople. They buy from each other." It’s true. This is why networking is so important as a salesperson. Now, instead of trying to meet prospects in person and build rapport, another great way to develop relationships and start conversations is using LinkedIn for lead generation.

?? LinkedIn is a great platform to build your list and drive leads. It’s also a great place to waste time and engage in petty squabbling with fellow professionals. In this article, I will show you how to build a better lead generation strategy on LinkedIn. As a result, you will get a more personalized experience each time you visit LinkedIn and be less likely to engage in back-and-forth discussions that do nothing to help you attract new leads or convert existing ones.

?? You must be aware that LinkedIn recently started cracking down on the number of invites people can send out per week to 100. That means it’s much easier to be put in LinkedIn jail. And that means that you can’t just send out connection requests without really thinking about to whom you’re connecting.

?????♀? LinkedIn is changing the game for humanized marketing. It allows businesses to have an open conversation with potential prospects over LinkedIn, which in turn drives increased engagement and conversions. The old model of cold messaging and emailing wasn't very effective because it was controlled and exclusionary. With LinkedIn now opening up its doors (and competing with email for free traffic) there's an opportunity to engage with potential leads in a more personal manner.

?? Before this, the maximum number of invites someone could send per week was dependent on an algorithm of their invite acceptance rate combined with some account activity measures. This limitation will greatly reduce the number of spammy accounts running on LinkedIn. Feeling sad about LinkedIn automation tools running in the market.??

There was a time when cold messages were the way to go. If you wanted someone to take action on something, then sending an email was the obvious way to go. Unfortunately, that has changed. Today, if you want someone to take action on something — whether it be signing up for your list or asking them to give something away — you need to use other means to get your message across. One of the most effective ways to do that is by using LinkedIn for lead generation.

Let's say you have a great marketing idea that could help your business attract new customers. You could send an email, cold email or even text message to get people to take action on your website. But what if you could avoid wasting time on low-quality contact methods and optimize your overall lead generation process? The old way of getting people to act isn't working anymore. This is where LinkedIn can help your business increase its sales and profits by providing an easy way to connect with qualified leads directly in your network.

There is nothing worse than cold communication and there is nothing more discouraging than receiving one-sided or generic email that states exactly what you need to hear. It feels as if the person does not want to hear from you and is only there to give advice or tell you what they think. This is not going to encourage you to reach out or give valuable feedback. This new approach on LinkedIn is transforming the way we engage with one another and will ultimately help you generate more leads, opportunities, and sales.

LinkedIn (now part of Microsoft) has revolutionized how we find and engage with others. The social network has hundreds of thousands of active users, and it's steadily grown more popular each year. Yet, many businesses still use it as their primary marketing channel. Why? It's easy to use, it's free, and most importantly, it works. Why haven't you been using LinkedIn? Maybe you’re still working through the process of getting set up with your lead generation account, or maybe you’re skeptical about the whole social media thing. Whatever the case may be, today I'm going to break down one particular piece of LinkedIn strategy that many businesses are using right now -- the Use LinkedIn for Lead Generation section.

??  LinkedIn is evolving rapidly. It used to just be a blogging platform and now it has over a billion users. With that growth comes a lot of new content and new opportunities for marketers, especially non-tech marketers who have been struggling with generating leads on LinkedIn for a while now. In this blog post I will show you how we use LinkedIn for lead generation and how you can do the same.

Here are some growth LinkedIn tips you can deploy in your B2B business.

  1. ??Create a customized landing page. Convert-in-web is a tool that enables you to create a custom lead generation page for your website and any particular campaign. You can design the landing page with your logo, color scheme, and pieces of content that relates to the topic or product you are trying to generate interest in. Its an excellent way to market professionally on Linkedin as you have total control over the design and layout of your landing page.
  2. ?? Develop videos for your Linkedin profile. Developing a video is a very powerful way of generating leads. As most people have realized, having video on your social profiles will greatly increase your results, especially on Linkedin.
  3. ????? Fill up your Linkedin profile with hundreds of how-to guides, tips and downloads that you can give away to other users. Your goal should be to reach the top 1% on Linkedin and sell them valuable products, services or information that they want. This way it will create a viral loop for your business while at the same time generating more clients for your business.

  6. ?? Create a digital reward or real life reward for a new user who refers to someone who has not yet joined Linkedin. This can be achieved by offering extra free storage if the referred user retains their membership for some number of months or years. The current member would also benefit from the extra storage, and both users would benefit from the resulting viral loop. Such a loop could likely be implemented only if Linkedin had sufficient funds to support it, were willing to offer the time and energy necessary, and had a simple implementation strategy.
  7. ???♂? Build a 'Teach and Learn Forum'. This forum is very similar to a Facebook Group in that instead of being a social media profile page like Linkedin is, it is an entirely section of the website which allows for teaching opportunity on the part of the users.
  8. ?? Create a "Fan of the Week" type competition where users are encouraged to share videos and photos that spread the word about . Users can upload their creations onto and promote them.
  9. ??  Set up a LinkedIn Answers section where people ask and answer questions regarding the . Set up a page where Linkedin users can either ask questions or answer existing questions with the assistance from everyone in the community on this page. Here is a sample of one that you can use as a jumping off point..
  10. ?? Pair up your lead generation process with a charitable organization. This way you can come up with some inventive ways to target people who might want to help make difference in the world by buying your product. Not only do you get customers for your product, but you also get to show that you care about the world, which will show potential customers how much of an amazing company you are.
?? LinkedIn rules! It’s an awesome place to connect. Connecting with your prospects can be tough. The above tips will help you get more leads on LinkedIn and help you build meaningful relationships.
