Forgery at High Court

Since yesterday there has been a frenzy, of comments, likes, anger, astonishment etc; which have gone viral on social media, in respect of an alleged forged order in the the court of Hon'ble Ld, Gautam Patel, Judge Bombay High Court. This is not an isolated incident where irregularities, illegalities have somehow occurred in his court, the earlier reported incident, was about an advocate appearing before the Hon'ble Judge was admonished and hauled up for being in possession of the court's original copy of the brief, which strictly speaking ought to be in the exclusive custody of the court's registry or the Judge. The present incident also is an indication, that all is not well in his court. Now; I may be permitted in the interest of public justice, to touch upon an unreported incident, which for reasons best known to concerned authorities, was never investigated. I as Caveator, appeared before the hon'ble judge, in a testamentary proceeding, and I was confronted by his Lordship, as to why I refused to file my affidavit in reply, on earlier dates. I was asked, to show cause, why I should be condoned; and why my affidavit should be accepted ? My humble submission was, I wasn't present on the last date, so the question of myself refusing to file my affidavit in reply does not arise; but the hon'ble Ld Judge, insisted, pointing out the roznama, I initially made out an oral and subsequently a written grievance in respect of the wrongly written roznama, but to no avail. I applied for a certified copy of the roznama, and was given, but the contentious date, showing my presence, was conspicuously missing, I applied for the copy of the missing page, and wasn't given for months, as that wasn't written nor was it signed, and the concerned addl Registrar, had retired, which I learnt from the department itself. As regards the roznama depicting me absent on earlier dates, one of the dates coincides with my having participated in a conference at the ILS Law College, Pune, coincidentally, his Lordship hon'ble Ld Judge Gautam Patel, was the guest of honor at that event, while entering the auditorium in the morning session, I signed the attendance register, post lunch I once again signed the attendance register, the entire proceedings was video and audio recorded; as such there is sufficient prima facie evidence, on record to to refute myself being depicted as present on that day, before the hon'ble High Court Bombay. I invited the attention of the Hon'ble Judge, through a letter which he has received; no inquiry or investigation was carried out;I guess, accused get emboldened when authorities fail to take stock of such incidents. It is a long story I'v just cut it short.
