Job Responsibilities:

1) Responsible for formulating the annual sales plan of the team, and formulating corresponding sales strategies according to customers and market conditions；

2) Implement the company's rules and regulations and complete the sales targets issued by the company；

3) Regularly hold business summary meetings for the team, manage the business work of the team, pay attention to employee growth, keep abreast of the performance of the team members, and provide corresponding guidance and help to assist in solving relevant problems；

4) Responsible for managing, maintaining and following up designated existing customers and projects;

5) Develop and expand new customers and projects in designated markets; implement the company's sales strategy, actively assume work responsibilities, and achieve sales targets;

6) Establish and maintain good business relationships with customers, accurately understand, grasp and explore customer needs, keep abreast of customer status, solve customer problems, and provide professional consultation to customers;

7) Pay attention to market trends at any time, participate in relevant market research, collect potential customer information to analyze market trends, and submit corresponding market analysis reports.

Job requirements:

1) College degree or above, gender is not limited, English level 6 or above, fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing；

2) More than 5 years of foreign trade work experience, more than 3 years of team management experience;

3) Fluent in?English, can speak Chinese is preferred；

4) Experience in overseas resident sales is preferred；

5) Experience in cold call sales is preferred。
